Intelligent Management of Construction Plans and Resources

The Challenge

Groupe Humaco, a specialist in acoustic construction projects, is launching an artificial intelligence initiative to automate bid estimation and optimize on-site workforce allocation. In collaboration with Vooban, the project will integrate three AI modules: automatic extraction of key data from project documents (quantities, constraints, material equivalents), detection of material quantities from 2D plans, and intelligent assignment of crews based on skills, labour costs, and location. This transformation aims to shorten bid turnaround times, increase conversion rates, boost productivity on job sites, and generate significant financial gains. The project will position Groupe Humaco as a technology leader in the construction sector and benefit its entire network of suppliers and subcontractors by modernizing the industry’s supply chain.
