Optimizing Food and Beverage Management Systems for Large Establishments, Events, Sports Centers and Hotels

The Challenge

Alfred Technologies is developing an AI-powered business intelligence platform for the food and beverage (F&B) industry. By transforming data into intelligent, fast, and profitable decisions, Alfred helps managers of major events and venues such as the Canadian F1 Grand Prix, the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Fairmont Château Frontenac, and the Auberge Saint-Antoine optimize their operations and increase their revenues. The work completed so far has enabled the integration of advanced predictive and analytical capabilities to anticipate demand based on context (event type, seasonality, weather and more) and quickly identify issues, allowing teams to focus their efforts where the impact is greatest. The project has already demonstrated tangible results: improved stock rotation, leading to a 45% reduction in losses related to wine aging, time savings of up to 65% in certain processes, and F&B sales increases of up to 20%. In this new phase, Alfred will automate the collection and normalization of data from multiple sources (points of sale, procurement, inventories) to reduce manual work, improve information reliability and analytical accuracy, and accelerate decision-making. Specifically designed for the complex needs of the F&B sector, Alfred is paving the way for integrated, real-time decision support that allows managers to focus their efforts only where they create the most value.

“Artificial intelligence is redefining how food and beverage operations are managed. By combining advanced analytics, AI algorithms and intelligent agents, we are paving the way toward a true culture of anticipation in the F&B industry – where managers can make faster, more accurate decisions and focus their efforts where they create the most value.”
