This transformation addresses longstanding inefficiencies and compliance risks tied to manual email handling, aiming to boost operational productivity, reduce legal exposure, and strengthen Newforma’s competitive edge. The solution leverages Azure OpenAI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to accurately categorize emails and associate them with relevant projects, incorporating user feedback to continuously improve performance.
