The Challenge
The Future We Build is led by Broccolini to enhance internal knowledge access and operational efficiency across its construction and real estate development teams. The project addresses a key challenge: the time-consuming and error-prone process of retrieving critical information from structured and unstructured data stored in SharePoint. In collaboration with Moov AI (Publicis) and Nexapp, Broccolini will develop and deploy an intelligent AI-powered search assistant integrated into its Microsoft 365 environment. The assistant will leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation and fine-tuned language models to support enterprise-wide document search, legal and compliance analysis, and project estimation optimization. These capabilities will reduce response times, improve decision-making, and unlock productivity gains across HR, legal, IT, and project teams.
