Bottleneck recognition analytics for manufacturing
The Challenge
Pacefactory’s AI project aims to optimize automotive manufacturing efficiency by integrating AI with video analytics to identify bottlenecks in production lines. This will accelerate production and address supply chain issues and improve manufacturing efficiency. The solution involves a bottleneck recognition AI model and a machine vision model to classify motion paths, combined with MES data for bottleneck analysis. This will enable targeted improvements in resource allocation, process streamlining, and training, enhancing overall production line performance.
