The Challenge
Fuel Transport, in collaboration with Vooban, CRIM, Groupe Geloso, and Les Camions Fuel, is leading Transport Optimization: an AI-powered initiative designed to modernize and elevate logistics operations across North America, through integrated, data-driven solutions. By connecting internal and external data through four interoperable modules, the project introduces a dynamic pricing assistant that instantly generates competitive and profitable rates, a digital SOP management engine that centralizes procedures, a carrier recommendation system that ensures compliance and optimizes partner selection based on performance, reliability, cost and customer requirements, and a conversational assistant that allows employees to query and act on internal systems in natural language. Together, these tools accelerate information flow, improve compliance and traceability, and strengthen overall efficiency and accuracy – delivering a smarter, faster, and more resilient logistics operation.
