Advanced Logistics and Inventory for Gildan’s Network (ALIGN)
The Challenge
ALIGN is an innovative project designed to optimize supply chain operations through artificial intelligence (AI). In collaboration with IVADO Labs and Ingeno, Gildan will develop AI-driven solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. By automating and improving key processes like inventory allocation and truck load building, the project will help Gildan optimize operational costs and improve fulfillment speed. This project highlights Canada’s leadership in AI-driven supply chain innovation, promoting efficient logistics practices while delivering tangible benefits to both Gildan and its business partners.
