Healthcare Optimization – Agentic AI

This project will fuel the development of AI-powered tools to transform how people access and use their healthcare benefits. By converting self-reported and wearables data into insights and categories that LLMs can understand and action, users will more quickly understand their coverage, find and book the right care, receive personalized recommendations, and be supported in achieving their health goals—all in one easy-to-use platform. AI Agent Teams will handle routine questions and «fintasks automatically and identify where conversations need to be escalated to human support, ensuring human hours are spent where they are most needed. This will make the experience smoother and more engaging for users, while also improving efficiency, reducing costs, and demonstrating clear value for organizations that provide these benefits.
