STEM Youth Awareness Program

Focus on inclusion, collective action, and industry connections

At Scale AI, we believe that the future of artificial intelligence depends on a generation of young people who are empowered, curious, and representative of Canada’s full diversity.

Our STEM program reached more than 22,000 young people, introducing them to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through eight major initiatives supported with $857,800 in funding.

Building on this momentum, we are launching a new and ambitious phase of the program in 2025, aiming to promote careers and educational pathways in data science to over 10,000 youth, with a particular focus on underrepresented groups. This initiative is grounded in strategic partnerships and fosters direct exposure to the Scale AI ecosystem, by connecting youth with innovative companies and leading industry professionals.

Our goal: to spark new vocations, build bridges between the next generation of talent and today’s technological challenges, and help shape a workforce that is both skilled and diverse.
