The Challenge
The NutriVision project leverages AI to enhance the nuts and seeds processing industry’s supply chain in Canada. It aims to reduce inefficiencies, revenue loss, and food waste by improving sourcing, processing, quality control, distribution and retail. The initiative will address challenges like slow manual sorting and outdated inventory systems, building on Crosswing’s expertise in AI for quality control and inventory optimization. Solutions include advanced demand planning, AI-enhanced distribution intelligence, and a quality control system with multimodal imaging and automation, promising a more resilient and efficient supply chain.
